The Artisoft FTP server is now active.



Artisoft has implemented an anonymous FTP server in the internet.  This server will allow Artisoft 

customers to download Artisoft Patches, Bulletins, and Utilities via the internet.  To access this server via 

the internet use ftp to:  ftp.artisoft.com, 



c:>FTP ftp.artisoft.com



Once there log in using the user name "anonymous" for your password, use your internet address.  I.E. 



Login: anonymous

Password: r3@artisoft.com



Once you have logged onto the server you should read the readme file in the root directory.  This will tell you current information about what is available.  To download files they should cd to the artisoft directory.

cd artisoft



Once they are in this directory the files are configured as follows:



Directory 	Contents 

bulletins		Official Artisoft Compatibility and Technical Support bulletins.



corstream	Bulletins and patches for the Artisoft CorStream dedicated server.



drivers		 Adapter card drivers for Artisoft and Eagle network adapters.



l4tcpip		Bulletins and patches for LANtastic for TCP/IP



lan2x-5x	Bulletins and patches for LANtastic Network Operating system versions 2.00 through

		5.00.



lan60B		Bulletins and patches for LANtastic v 6.0.



new 		New patches and bulletins just added to the server,



press		Artisoft and Eagle press releases.



util-misc	Miscellaneous Artisoft specific utilities.



NOTE that all these directories are lower case.  This ftp site will only allow you to download files, you 

cannot upload files or leave messages.
